Bi-injection molding, which means in one machine there have two different
color or materials, the main material inject into the mould and make the main
product, and then the whole mould will rotate for 180°and the main product replace to
another side. Another materials will injection to this main product and then
eject. Meanwhile the main injection also running. So during the production, we
can only use one time to produce one main product and one finished product.
About the mold, we used suggest customers to use 718 steel or H13, that’s
all depend on the product demand.
